In order for us to process your rental application quickly, the application must be fully completed. Please have the manager go through the application with you. Missing information may cause delay.
Please submit the following items with your application:
- Copy of your driver's license or other form of photo identification.
- Copy of your social security card, pay stub or other document showing your social security number.
- Proof of income ( must be 3 times the rent)
- For those applicants applying that have a dog, please bring your dog with you.
A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 per application is required. This is the actual cost to obtain your credit report, unlawful detainer search, criminal check, rental history, and other screening reports. Also a holding deposit may be required if applicant wants to hold a unit. This must be in cash, credit card or debit card. We do not accept personal checks for the application process or for move-in costs. If your application is denied or you change your mind a portion of your holding deposit maybe deducted for "lost rental damages". If your application is accepted your holding deposit will be credited towards your security deposit.
Once we have all of this information we can process your application. This process may take some time depending on how easy or difficult it is to verify your information. We normally have an answer within 2 hours, but in some cases it may take up to two days. After your application has been approved we require the remainder of your security deposit to be determined by Owner/Agent within 24 hours, as a show of your good faith to hold the apartment until you move in.
